The G3 did not appear in the final version of IW4, but files referring to it can be found. The G3 can also be seen in several pre-release screenshots and trailers.

Really depends on whether an SP map contains it (which I doubt).

if we can port m40a3, skorpion, r700....g3 it should not be hard

Nope, there is no viewmodel on any sp map, maybe there is a weaponmodel somewhere, but it would be not really useful as the ads models are missing!

Yeah, i searched for viewmodel_g3, weapon_g3 and a lot more, but I only found the fire sound :/

Bottom line: Not possible.
