    That isn't GTA V, lol. At least doesn't look like at all.

     

     

    Also I wonder if it's for next gen consoles, cause I damn hope so considering how many visuals we'd lose out if it wasn't.

     

    So far this looks like it's either on PC, or next gen consoles. I hope they release the game on PC soon after consoles, not like with GTA IV.

    Just plug a USB Controller into your PC, here, you have a next generation console.
