Doss Attack's

I have been getting Abuse Complaints from my server company, saying the our dedicated server is doing doss attacks to a place in Russia. Anyone else have this problem?

    Someone told me to delete the config_m2.cfg file out of the Players folder. Don't know why that would help. Wouldn't it just make a new one when the server restarts?
