I created a new account and my brother wants this one, he wants to start off with his own stats. Is there a way to reset an account? If not, is there a way to delete it so the username can be used again?

You cant delete the account, no but you can change the name of it and then create a new account with the original name ucp.php?i=profile&mode=reg_details
