Do i need to do Port forward ?

Hello : I'm facing an issue running my LaunchIW5MP.exe , i got error : Could not reach the fourDeltaOne.net.server.Error code from CURL: 7.

I disabled firewall , uninstalled Avira , made sure im connected probabrly , still no hope..

Is there any ports i need to forward them ?
