Where is my console?

Hey guys,

 

i heard that some of you got a console , they can type into things like fov and connect to server. when i start iw5mp there is no console.. I have mw3 in steam and just downloaded the 2 files from fd1 then placed into my mw3 game folder. I start iw5mp and then I have only my .exe.

 

Sorry for my bad english and I hope someone can help me.
