I've problem, i done my server with the official tuto but when I run it, I can't it. It invisible. Sometimes it appears and sometimes not.

I enabled my freebox ports and I disabled my firewall.

Well, your console output doesn't show anything out of normal (except "net_masterServerPort is write protected.", but that won't be a problem unless you plan on running multiple servers)

But if your english isn't that good, maybe your can express your problem a bit better on the french section:

i also have this problem , and can other people see my server?

My post is sent, but if someone know the solution...

First you need to forward port 27018 ( part of the normal port forwarding). If your still not seeing it make sure that your a DMZ host using you local computer ip.

Already answered in the French forum. You can't see your server on the Internet serverlist because you host it on LAN.

All frebox ports (27015, 27016, 27017) have been opened and my firewall is disabled.

I set 2 on "set dedicated".

I've question, should I open port 27018 ? Because I don't opened this port.

run your server and wait a minute or more, then check the following link, it will appear there:

when i forwarded the ports of mw3 from http://portforward.com/ my server didnt appear anywhere, even in this site: http://s.mufff.in/iw5msl

Accidently, i activated mw2 ports in my router. after this my server appeared here: http://s.mufff.in/iw5msl

and when i close mw2 ports from my router, my server disappear from this list: http://s.mufff.in/iw5msl

(sorry for repeating the link- i have a reason to do so)

 

another thing!

when i open mw2 ports, my server appears on this link http://s.mufff.in/iw5msl , but it doesnt appear in the Server list inside the game. and i cant connect to my server.

 

whats wrong with you people?! you cant give us the ports correctly?!

 

plz dont tell me that there is a problem with time or .... . i have tried and fixed all.

(time is updated. Firewall is off. no antivirus.....)

My server runs perfectly and also appears in the site http://s.mufff.in/iw5msl.

but it is actually not appearing in the game server list.
