well, i played iw5m about 2 days without have this problem.

and then, today, when i was playing my weapon when i respawned appeared larger, showing my fingers , and the A,B,C of the domination match i was playing, smaller.

any way how to fix it?

You entered a ProMod server, i don't know how to remove the effects, but 90% sure that you entered a ProMod server, that's the reason.

the show of fingers can just be a fov change nnothing to worry bout and in the domnation thingy u will find that the a b and c appear smaller cuz its a mod , u myt also find servers with enhahnced maps, nothing to worry bout
