Fuck it, install teamviewer and give someone access to your system so they can forward the ports for you. And take control of your home network because you don't know how to.

just login into your router and then go the the settings tab and then go to firewall and then add the ports u want to open ( it will prabably say add a new application)

or just put your router in DMZplus mode ( dont know if u have that option ) but DMZplus mode just opens all the ports... then just disable your firewall, or add the ports to the firewall so it wont block them...
