So, randomly like in minute a minute some ppl have lil' lag.

So, here is my fix:

1st method(HIGHLY recommended)

Open Mw3.

Don't Join Any server!

Open task manager and set iw5mp.dat to Normal.(it should be on HARD)

U need to do this EVERY time u start the game.

 

 

2nd Method:(Not recommended)

Just turn all the graphics things in Off(except aspect ratio)

But, u still have the lag, like 10 in 10 minutes

You didn't go down to my actual fix, though:

 

Or you could open your config_mp and replace seta r_autopriority "1" with seta r_autopriority "0"

 

And turn off Fraps.

 

That way you don't have to alt+tab like a tool every time you start the game.

What exactly is the problem? I do notice a slight bit of stutter/micro-freeze in the game but I never noticed big fluctuations in mouse sensitivity. The r_autopriority in my config is already set to 0 and changing the process priority to normal doesn't seem to have any noticable effect for me.
