If i use scripting functions to give things, like walking ac130, godmode, etc on MY server (Not always, something like a Happy hour where everyone gets that, or a single person (like a nemesis)) . Can I or someone get banned?

Only if certain people get it, e.g. yourself only, or your clan, or your friends; and abuse other players.
