bei 1.) hast du schlechte .IWD Dateien, einfach alle oder nur betroffenen neu runterladen via Steam und bei 2.) wГјrde wahrscheinlich auch eine Neuinstallation helfen um den SercetShemes launcher zu beseitigen

Bei 99% aller Probleme hilft es einfach das gesammte Spiel neu zu installieren.

Edit: Außerdem musst du das Spiel komplett auf Englisch haben, das könnte das Problem 1.) auch lösen
