This is maybe stupid question to ask, but are in multiplayer ever going to be missing guns from singleplayer (Dragunov,M1911,W1200)? talkin 'bout MW2

When i run Play MW2 singleplayer it opens but then i get error that says Couldn't load image 'Speciality_new'.

how can i check that?

I have a problem, whenever I enter a server with new map (oilrig,burger king,gulag,co_hunted...) it happens that i get major FPS lag or I crash with some DirectX errors :?
