Yay. A brain of strategy here! Speaking of engagement what are some of the best tanks for engaging like Malphite. Same goes for supports like blitzcrank or leona? Jarvan IV has a nice initiation with his EQR combo. Sejuani is able to play a somewhat mediocre top lane, but her ultimate is an amazing initiation. Galio can pull off a flash-ultimate combo for an awesome AOE taunt, allowing your team to roll in and slap their shit. Nautilus can fire off his ultimate at an enemy carry and Q towards the enemy for initiation. Shyvana can fly into the enemy team in dragon form with her ultimate, which most people immediately recognize as initiation. Leona can drop her ultimate into the middle of the enemy team and EQ towards an enemy carry to stun them. Sona's ultimate is basically an AOE stun, so you could flash+ultimate combo as Sona for initiation. Gangplank can drop his ultimate on the enemy for a nice and quick initiation. I could go on and on with this, but there's really no single "best" character for initiation.

Ashe is a nice utility AD carry with a great permaslow (Frost Shot), an awesome AOE spray (Volley), a free miniature CV (Hawkshot), and one of the best initiating abilities in the game (Enchanted Crystal Arrow). While she may not have a steroid like Vayne or Tristana, her utility as an AD carry is unmatched. Perfect for an Alistar support to keep enemies off of her and give her a nice farm lane to make up for her slightly subpar damage overall. tl;dr Ashe is the queen of initiation and kiting. 9/10 overall as a champion, only ways to improve would be to redo the art into something like this.
