That is simply the crappiest connection I've ever heard about. Good old dail-up connections. Mr. Troll please stop trolling and don't reply if you can't help to get the issue resolved. 8-)

So, will I also end up loosing all the progress that I have made in the game? I mean all the weapon unlocks, attachments, camoes etc.

Thanks for your reply. Actually I rechecked fps using fraps; it is mostly(50-65). I think it is ok. But what does the command do?, and why you want me to delete config_mp.cfg file?

For the past two days I am experiencing this strange issue that I shoot at my opponent and my aim is right on target but my bullets won't do any damage. :cry: On contrary I get killed by just one or two bullets. :shock: This is especially very common when I am using shotguns. At first I thought that may be I was playing against some extraordinary players or maybe my internet connection was getting laggy, but it is happening all the time for past two days, and my connection is not bad as well. I am almost constantly getting 25 kBps down and 20 kBps up. Also, during game my ping on most servers is below 100 ms. I even tried a fresh install of the game, but it didn't help either. I don't know what is causing this strange kind of lag. I used to do fairly well in the game before, but now it is getting almost unplayable and I mostly go negative. :? I wonder if it is a hardware problem, but I doubt it because I am getting good fps (around 30-40 mostly). Any help and/or advice will highly be appreciated. Edit: Also the game is crashing quite frequently these days.
