Thanks for the help mate.I've installed the AlterIW version and its all working fine now.But there is just one small thing.I didn't wanted to open a new topic for this.So i already have a legit mw2 copy on Steam.Anyways but its not installed or something. The thing is,when i launch the IW4M Client,it opens with Steam overlay and my friends see me as i'm playing Modern Warfare 2.Is this normal?.Idk what i did wrong i just deleted that iw_25.iwd file like it said in installing topic. Now it launches with Steam.Which is something i don't want.I hope this is normal because i don't want to get banned on Steam :?
  4. Hey 4D1 !.I'm new here and i wanted to join you guys as soon as i heard about here.So my problem is i don't have anything related to MW2 installed on my PC.So i don't know where/how to start installing.Do i need an original copy of mw2 ?.I know how to install 4D1 client but i just don't know where to get fresh MW2 copy. Can i use an old AlterIW copy? Also, how do i get the DLC's and new weapons?.Are they included in the client? Or do i have to get them from somewhere else? Thanks all Regards, Wizard.
