I completely reinstalled the server and it's still getting the same lag! I have no idea what to do anymore

Quick update, the server runs flawlessly for about 30 seconds after a map rotate then lags again.

So currently the server is set up and working fine (B3 bot installed) except that the blue part of the lagometer is going crazy! We have multiple COD1/2/4/Minecraft servers hosted on our box and all of them are flawless! No lag! However our server is just constantly lagging. Hiya! So, I have a 18 slot domination server running off of a dedicated server box. Here are the specs of it: Intel Xeon-1320 (4core-8thread) 16GB of DDr3 1TB 7200rpm 100mbit up/down I have multiple COD servers running off of it (COD1,2,4) and they all run flawlessly! But for some reason this server tends to lag when a decent amount of people connect. I can literally watch the blue part of the lagometer get bigger and bigger. The only fix is to restart the server and then it happens when more people connect. Also the ac130 / chopper gunner are disabled and I can't find out how to re-enable them. I was also wondering where and how I could install an anti-noob mod? To remove all the unnecessary perks/attachments from the game. Thanks! Preston.
