I noticed some of my friend can add symbols etc: [], (), {}, other then just character as a Player Name. How they do that?

Hello... can we be able to edit or add other name different than our registered username that could be able to put characters such as [], ||, *, &, ^, %, $, #...?? because in previous alteriw MW2, i use [Rx]Oscar Mike as player name which is "[Rx]" is my team clan. Now, with my current name (bollocq) make many of my friend did not recognize me. It just a suggestion to who that related to 4Delta1 so as it may be more interesting. Sorry for my bad English.
