OOPS SORRY ITS Forum ID = Xuid?????

can anyone tell that Forum id is same as Guid id in simple value not in hex if no so how to get Guid from the Forum id :?:

i can put the xuid in the permbanlist file

is there any way to someones user id because i want to ban a hacker that mostly comes in my server he comes when i was out of my server and uses wallhacks so that i can ban him from my server using his user id :evil:
