You must ask others to connect to your server using your external IP.

why do you want R28? It crashes your server every 10mins or so.

It will work only for the 1st person to type it.

If you are running Win 7 or Win 8, try turning on High performance from Control pannel>>Power options It might help.

Hi guys, I'm having some strange issues lately. Sometimes when I run IW5M after about 5-10sec (on the page where you see play, servers, options, etc..)the game freezes and doesn't respond. Bad part is, I can't close it via the Task Manager. If I try to stop the Iw5m.dat process, I get this message "The process could not be completed" "Access denied" The worst part is, even a system restart doesn't help. I still see the iw5m.dat running even though I didn't run the game after the restart. Everytime I get this error, I have to boot my system in Safe mode and then boot in normal mode. It kinda pisses me off. Around 3 in 5 times I have this problem. Note:- It was working fine 2weeks back. OS: Win 8 Pro 64bit I hope you guys can help me

For some people not all servers are listed on the server browser. Two months back, I was in Bahrain, around 300 servers used to load up when I was playing from there. Now, I'm in India, only about 220 servers are listed there. I have 2 servers, sometimes none are listed, sometimes 1 or both are listed. I have to refresh a couple of times to find the server. I suggest you use direct connect..."connect IP:Port"

but that is for for the IP 192.168.1.101 I think your COD is hosted from 192.168.1.102 So, forward 27000-28959 on 192.168.1.102 also.

It depends upon your Router/modem. You can use "connect YourInternalIP" on the console.

How about banning players by HDD id? It should be told in public if it is added or else players will start finding a way around it.

Remove the punkbuster, publist plugins. Maybe it is causing the issues.
