hey guys yesterday i buy a game call of duty black ops and after install on steam when i open game its updating both multiplayer ans camp..... i dont want to update this plzzzzzzzzzz help

i have a different type of setup of call of duty mw1 but i cant under stand how to install this i show u a screensnap of the setup folder..... [attachment=1]Capture1.PNG[/attachment] ok the install process is EXTRACT ALL FILES FROM BOTH DVD TO ANY GIVEN FOLDER INSTALL DAEMON TOOL PRO OR 10 WHICHEVER YOU WANT MOUNT IMAGE BWT WITH DAEMON TOOL AND INSTALL THE GAME. COPY THE CRACK FROM CRACK FOLDER PRESENT but when i extract all file from both part cod 4 mw1.part.1 cod 4 mw1.part.2 then problem is that the both files of the both part are same and nothing to do with that i show u part 1 and part 2 screensnap below [attachment=0]Capture3.PNG[/attachment] so plz help me guys
