    I'm having this problem too and putting it in mw2/raw didn't work and just deleting it wont start any game at all... Only some servers give me the error so I guess I'll just avoid them. EDIT>> i got the game loading without raw_65.iwd but i cant browse servers without it and matchmaking only has the burgertown and oil rig maps EDIT again>>> Got it working. just had to re-download the file.
