Also I am logged as ''Guest'' on this computer . I don' t know if that is the problem but May i Login as administrator ? I think it have nothing to do with this but yes, try to login as admin then run LaunchIW4M.exe as admin and if it will not work then try to run installer as admin. Then you can try disable Firewall.

It looks like you dont installed IW4M ... Download this iw4m/InstallIW4M.exe , run it then select folder where you have MW2 click install and then Launch IW4M from start.

Try turn off your AV, update graphics drivers/divx etc...
