Hi, people cannot connect to my server, they get joining session attempt whatever and it goes to 30 and it just errors any ideas on how to fix?

ok i fixed that problem by myself, now nobody can connect to my server except me, people could connect yesterday now i don't know why.. my ip is 99.130.82.48 port 28960 idk why people can't join and my server name is Trickshot Bot Server

I know I just recently posted about this but i really want help. Everything tests OK on b3_run.exe I try typing /rcon login in the console and it doesn't say anything But I type /rcon say and it works. I got friends to join and i tried !warn and get nothing. Also have tried !iamgod and got nothing. Please help me, if you want to voice talk add my skype: freshkillcams

how do you connect to your own dedi server with a password? i know the 192.168.1.67:27015 when i try to join it says invalid password i don't know what the command you type after the ip is to join the server

It is not working, I get an error saying "Server Connection Timed Out." I am typing connect (my ipv4 address)
