A little confused So, is it me or "some" of the servers' setup? @ Sora3100: I don't have any iw4mp.cfg or iw4mp.ini files in the installation folder or its subfolders. Is it located there? Hi everone! I didn't want to download the whole skidrow version of mw2 and wanted to keep only the files that were necessary for multiplayer. So first I used the Alteriw installation files from torrent. Then, since I got problems I deleted the whole folder and copy pasted mw2 steam multiplayer folder and installed 4d1 over it. It works, but I get that strange error message while playing. Console: The remote name could not be resolved: 'alteriw.net' I checked to see if something older remained from alteriw but couldn't find anything. So, does anyone know what this error is and if it was a problem? Thanks. Btw also thanks to those who contributed to 4d1.
