If it scans his computer, it is going to through that said person's files. Which can become a major issue for you.

Okay, basically what happended was they either went through his files or FourDeltaOne serves as a R.A.T which allows other to go through users personal computers. It is extremely unsafe and also threatening that you can freely move around through other's computers and can be notified to the authorities.
