I have one more problem. My server doesnt read the server.cfg file. I have done everything in the tutorial. It only works if I add the things to the parameter of the shortcut. It gets very difficult to configure the server with the parameters of the shortcut. Can someone help??

He can see the server in the list and is also able to join with the IP. But another friend can neither find the server in the list nor can join with the IP. What could be the reason for this problem?
