Still using the internet with care will give you way better protection against virusses and stuff than any virusscanner.

Was it because they didn't get their donation goal or did it had to do with the recent split up, because of the problems between Terminator and TheMrsBooyah? Since yesterday they were still talking about a new project, creating their own MMO and now all of a sudden it's dead and not coming back. Bit confused atm so if someone with the inside scoop could please share it. Was at work so this was my first opportunity to check the interLabs forum today.

No you don't need it to play online. Normally it is just used once to apply a rank hack (but that doesn't work all that well atm), but I also have this issue from time to time and for me this fixes it.

Well you could still try what I posted earlier (edited it to make it more readable). As I said the rank hack will most likely not stick. For the rank hack to be permanent you have to try it over and over again and you have to change custom classes, titles and emblems right after the hack to make it save it on the server. So you should be fine if you just apply the hack and then just exit the game and EAM without changing anything within the game before that.

If restarting the game a few times doesn't work, try this: Open EAM and configure it to import stats (rank hack) automatically (if you don't have it, search for it on the forum). Start the game, you shouldn't get the message now. Now exit EAM and the game, without changing anything in custom classes, titles or emblems first. Then only start the game again (so don't EAM anymore from now on), your rank should be back to where it was before the hack while not getting the message. If you get the message again, for example the next day, just apply these steps again. Since the rank hack through EAM usually doesn't stick permanently you will have your old rank/custom classes back again once you restart the game. This is what I do myself, but I have already used EAM earlier to permanently rank hack (after a shitload of tries) so I'm not sure if it works with a "clean" account.

Weird, after trying it a lot of times , since it wouldn't always work with automatic import by EAM it now keeps everything unlocked even without EAM! I had to keep doing it over and over again because sometimes importing would stop unlocking everything eventhough EAM said it was successful. So for all others having problems with rank hacking. It seems you just have to keep on doing it over and over again to get it to work. I used the max lvl 70 with prestige and the last time I tried it I first changed my emblem and title, then unlocked all killstreaks and finally I changed the first to classes in Create a Class and clicked all of the other classes just one time so that the "New" thingy would be gone. Then went back to main menu and exited and it worked! Might have to do with the order in which I clicked things with emblems and stuff, if not it's just dumb luck. Good luck all! Already tried that too but it just won't save them after exiting. I did notice that the IW4 Console says "Successfully wrote stats data" after IВґve changed something in Create a Class and go back to main menu, but even after that message it still wonВґt load. Guess IВґll just have to remember to always startup EAM with the game then.

With the second console you mean IW4 Console right? The same kind of thing that AlterIW also used. Because that's where I typed it, wouldn't know where else if that isn't it. If I type uploadstats there nothing happens, if I type /uploadstats it says: Unknown command "/uploadstats". Typed both with and without quotes just to be sure So far the only way for me to keep the rank hack is to put the EAM on automatic import and always keep it open when I want to play. But as soon as EAM is closed and I run the game again I'm back at my old lvl. Or is supposed to only work with EAM open and letting it import it automatically all the time?

I have just tried this, but the problem is still that it won't stick. I've noticed that in the vid the stat file without max prestige is used, so I tried that aswell but still no luck. Another thing that I've noticed is that in the video after importing the stats the console shows this message: "Beginning stats upload" and "Succesfully upload stats" etc. while my console doesn't say anything when I've imported the stats. I will be lvl 70, but once I exit the game and EAM and only start the game again my stats are back to before the import.

Hi there, I've tried following this post: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4144 to properly import the stats but when I get to the point of typing /uploadstats it won't work. Not a valid command or something like that. If I continue with the other steps I will be maxed out but once I quit the game client and start it again I'll be back to where I was before the import. Is there any way to rank hack permanently at the moment? It's not all that convenient to apply the rank hack on every boot since I will also have to do the create classes all over again. Thanks in advance! Oh and sorry if this has been asked a lot before, but I've tried all the solutions I found on the forum and so far nothing works permanently.
