Classes are saved when I enter a game and leave, but the game doesn't save any kind of challenge progress and just resets to 0 every time I restart.

My statistics and classes aren't saving after the first time I used the client. I have tried /uploadStats etc. but the client still fails to load my settings from the last time I closed the game, despite the console saying it is successful.
