    i get stuck at "Setting up game..." when entering servers. sometimes it takes 3 to 4 minutes before this goes away and i'm able to get in the server. i checked your knowledge base and i didn't see any information on this. perhaps i checked in the wrong places. not sure. can someone help me with this problem?
