Ty so much... I tried it and I joined a game and leveled up and when I restarted my client I was the new level I can finally rank up and shit, Thanks!

No, I deleted the iw_25.iwd but if this helps I'll still leave a pic of my main folder:

Sad to say but That was no help and I still cant level up I stay with the same perks, weapons, title, emblem and level everytime I start up the game...

The game works all good for me and I am running it as Admin, but when I play and level up and then restart the client... I lose all the progress I have made... Can someone help I even tried Messing around with different servers and such but I still get the same problem... Help would be appreciated!
