The problem is ive buy the russion version of mw2 an when im downloadet it from steam i get only the russian files but cause im german i need the german files. so i have the outdated files from a german patch

Now i get a fatal Error message ...

didnt work. the error message is now every time: Error: could not find zone 'dlc1_ui_mp.ff'

I dont know what i have to do, every time i wanna start 4d1 i get another error message. Often dlc1 mp dll failed or map whatever failed... What i have to do now ?
