I can play subbase, favela,skidrow, and i think about 2-3 more maps, but i cant play maps that come with stimulus pack... So how do i or where do i download files I need crash, bailout, overgrown, well u know .... help me please ??

When i start the game, everything goes smoth, i play match, its okay, BUT , when the match ends, and just when its about to switch to anoither game, my screen goes BLACK, no sound, can't do alt-tab...nothing Only way to remove it is to restart i think, cuz i've been waiting four about 2-3 mins, i gues... What should i do please help me ((??

When i start the game, i keeps running for about 3-4 secs, and then an error pops out says: Could not load image preview_mp_compact.If this image name starts with preview_mp_, you might be missing iw_22.iwd/iw_23.iwd.Read the relevant FAQ entry on #/supprot What should i do PLEASE help me!?
