    I have the same. I tried this "There is currently NO OFFICIAL fix for this, but there is the thingy below... Download this iw4m.dll, copy it to your /appdata/local/iw4m/ folder and replace the existing file. If it doesnt work for you, replace that file with this backup file. There is also another way/fix for these errors... If you have any steam*.dll files in your Game folder, delete them all EXCEPT FOR steam_api.dll. If you continue to have the problem try a complete reinstall of everything." But i haven't appdata folder WTF?!
