ok,i have 4d1 and to first time i login and i have 10 prestige or 9 prestige lvl 70? why? i try to /resetstats and it reset but when i shut down game, again open game (mw2) i again have 70 lvl of 9/10 prestige o.O and i try wuth delete all stats files from players and Not? ANY HELP?

Delete your players folder, so that it doesn't upload any stats at the server during the first start.

Then rename your account and create a new one with your current name.

You could try using "/resetstats" and then go ingame, get few kills and then type "/uploadstats"
