Windows 7 Home Premium

Manufacturer: Dell

Processor: AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core QL-64 2.10 GHz

Installed memory (RAM): 2.00 GB

System type: 64-bit Operating System

Also another note I should make; I accidentally installed Windows 7 on the wrong hard

drive. So instead of my system files being on C drive, it's on my E drive. :/

Yes i know, i'm just saying. Maybe a simple repair will help.(i mean repair or re-instal Net.framework 3.5)

In theory, you're right. But in practice, a x64 operating system on a low RAM machine... :P Doesn't work well for long.

Many people would say the opposite, that a 64-bit operating system is better than a 32-bit one, in any conditions. I'll leave this topic for those people to answer.

8GB RAM

Win7 x64

What should I do?
