Look the aCI isn't 100% perfect. It will catch some but not all and that's good enough for me. Man you guys get this great modification with free DLC and all you can do is complain. What more do you want from the developers?

Well, it isn't fullproof you know. aCI will ban them soon enough, so just wait. Also, cheat reports are NOT allowed.
