Getting that stupid fatal error

The amount of files you have doesn't really help lol.

The best method to solve such errors is to have a clean game directory.

Your %appdata%\IW4M folder should look like that:

58c98450df674b5fccd8.png

and your actual game directory like that:

d5a89e8493dce90d605c.png

If you are using a legit version of the game, do not delete any steam related files of course.

This is just to get rid of old aIW files and unnecessary stuff.
