I usually just join a server to play, not that I would directly know I need to register when I get kicked without a warning. I don't even know the URL of RepZ' homepage. Also sorry for the accusion.

Also RepZ bans people from fourdeltaone recently, I got myself banned right after I joined with the 4D1 client. (It appears as "You got kicked", but it happens everytime I try to reconnect.)

There is a problem with the DNS and the backend itself, I'm already sitting on it since 6 hours, but as jeremych is not online now, I can't ask him to check his settings again. You gonna need to wait until tomorrow, I guess.
