Locked Custom Classes question(not too important)

when i join a server, sometimes one or two of my custom classes are locked...is it because i have a attachment or weapon that is not allowed on the server?

 

this is not keeping me from playing, but it is annoying and it would be nice to know why this happens

The server blocked a specific weapon/perk/proficiency. Can't do anything to change it, well other than changing your class.

ok....i thought that was why, but i just wanted a real answer...instead of my guessing

 

this can be locked now if you want
