I just downloaded all files and copied them in the right folders, but as soon as I start the iw4m.exe and log in, an error appears saying "couldnt load image 'shadow'"

 

What's the problem? Any solutions?

Must be incomplete download of one of your .iwd files... tried redownloading

1) Delete iw_01.iwd thru iw_07.iwd

2) Verify steam cache

3) Steam will re-download the missing files.
