I did the same as rechyyy did in his tuto but when I open iw4m.exe

it says :

Performing Steam authentication...

Then try setting your steam profile to Public.

sigh..... Try settings your account to Public, as stated above.

I think part of the problem is a lack of regional forums, so people who don't understand English very well are having a hard time understanding.

 

Either that or they're dumb as a rock.

We don't have enough members to make 'Regional' forums, which would end up splitting the community up into separate groups.

 

Forums rules state: English is mandatory. So as much as I feel sorry for them, they need to live with it.
