1) Define long-range weapon? because it's effectively the round you have in it. Bird shot is effective in accuracy but lacks range, buck shot is a medium range medium accuracy round, depending on gauge, slug let's just say it can fuck shit up with the right accuracy. 2) It's Koop, nuff said
