hey can someone help me?.. i cant start Launcher cuz its always dont respond.. anyone?

 

they say "there is no disc in the drive. Insert disk into drive E:" if i press "Cancel" then IW4 Console dont respond, if i insert a disc, too dont respond. Anyone?
