help! " preview_mp_compact" image error

hi everyone. lets get to the point. so I already installed the iw4m, update it, and run it. its okay at the beginning :) , but a few second after, a new window pop out , it say "error, could not load image preview_mp_compact" :( . what am I supposed to do? :cry:
