Lagging when ADS

Hi,

since a few days, when I run (or walk) the game is smooth but when I aim, the game become suddenly very very laggy (cannot play with that). Tried uninstalling twice but it didn't changed anything...

What may I do ?

PS: GTX570+i7 860+ RAM 8Go
