You Didn't Even Downloaded and used Dedicated Server Update Tool Download and place in ur MW3 folder then Start dsut.exe

Read the damm tutorial... (it does have a link for you to download default.dspl)

Don't you need an "admin" folder to start a server?

This error is coming since some .dsr files are missing TDM_Default and allot more..all you need is to download those .dsr files and place it into your IW5M folder

Sorry I've had issues with uploaded files,anyways hopefully someone will provide you with the missing .dsr files
