You don't have the DLC files. Get them from somewhere.

 

Or he maybe doesn't even have the normal maps ? Anyways post a picture of your /main and your zone/dlc and zone/english.

    "but some maps work" I'm quite sure he's missing the DLC files..or if he has the DLC map sit could be the faceoff maps that he is missing..
