i set pass in server.cfg for rcon but after runn server and playing all comand not worked on rcon!{login+kick+ban+...}

why?

Rcon doesn't work in-game. You can only do rcon commands from the server console. Otherwise you need an in-game tool such as Big Brother Bot or the Server Addon.

It does if you have the right files. You need the files for version 1.4 of the game.

No. You need version 1.4 of the Server Addon files. Look at itsmods.com or maybe someone from Tech Support here at 4D1 can help you.

IIRC there have been reports that the 'server addon' breaks with IW5M servers - I forgot what issues were caused exactly, but the stock scripts were pretty much messing up completely.

I tested it with one of my servers and it worked fine, although I didn't get around to testing the admin functions. I used the version I used with Tekno.
