Help. Slow-motion killcam

Hi, I'm quite sorry but I didn't find an answer on how to enable the slow-motion killcam, at the end of the match.

This would be for a dedicated server.

So if you know how to, please lend me a hand or direct me to the right path :P

    Thanks, but unfortunately all I can find is a thread about RaidMax's killcam.

    That would be awesome, but there are no links/instructions :/

     

    edit. I probably also should mention that I'm looking it for a dedicated server.
